The studio worked tirelessly to pull through for the final review! By the end of the semester, each group found ways to illustrate and convey their unique proposals for an intervention on the site of CetraRuddy's One Madison tower. Whether the catalyst was to inspire a change in social dialogue, a response to zoning restrictions, or to adapt to changing environmental conditions, the hall was flooded with quarter-scale models and well-constructed boards that evoked meaningful conversation among our esteemed panel: Lawrence Blough, Eva Perez de Vega, Theodossis Issaias, Frederic Levrat, Cesare Birignani, Sadie Dempsey, Foteinos Soulos, John Cetra, Nancy Ruddy, Theresa M. Genovese, and Brad Horn. (see more about the jury at end of post)
